What products are offered?

Our store carries reusable water bottles, travel mugs, tumblers, and drinkware using several lid technologies.

Is shipping free?

Any free-shipping offer and its conditions appear at checkout.

How long does an order take?

Normal processing is about 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery or transit is 3–5 business days after processing and is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange an item after changing my mind?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a mail return or exchange for a non-defective item, including a mistaken selection or personal-preference return.

What condition is required?

Non-defective returns are limited to new, unused items in original condition with packaging, labels, and accessories.

Are return labels or restocking fees involved?

A free return label is included in the package. We do not charge a restocking fee.

What if an item is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete?

Send the order number, checkout email, problem details, and photos or video of the item and packaging so we can review a return, exchange, or other appropriate resolution.

When is a refund processed?

An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
